You can outwork your self-image for a while. But it always pulls you back. That's your identity keeping things where they are — that's just what a low self-image does.

Your body has learned what's safe and normal. If growth doesn't feel safe, your nervous system will quietly pull you away from it — no matter how badly you want it.
Present Moment Awareness
You spend most of the day somewhere else in your head. The version of yourself you want to be only exists right now — not in the future you keep planning toward.

When your level of awareness goes up, what you accept goes down. It changes what you notice about yourself, what you let slide, and what stops making sense to you.

I make content on identity, consciousness, self-image, and why people keep repeating the same patterns even when they want to change. I got into this through my own life — not as a theory, but as something I couldn't stop looking at once I started seeing it.
