When who you believe you are changes, what you do changes with it — the behavior just shifts. That's the part most people skip entirely.

Most of your behavior wasn't a decision. It's a pattern running automatically. And it keeps running until you actually understand where it came from.

You can outwork your self-image for a while. But it always pulls you back. That's your identity keeping things where they are — that's just what a low self-image does.

Your body has learned what's safe and normal. If growth doesn't feel safe, your nervous system will quietly pull you away from it — no matter how badly you want it.

You spend most of the day somewhere else in your head. The version of yourself you want to be only exists right now — not in the future you keep planning toward.

When your level of awareness goes up, what you accept goes down. It changes what you notice about yourself, what you let slide, and what stops making sense to you.

Kept going deeper from there — more videos, more studying, more questions — still learning something new from it every day.

The change that actually lasts doesn't come from better habits. It comes from who you believe you are. That's what I keep coming back to, and that's what all of this is built around.
