You can outwork your self-image for a while. But it always pulls you back. That's not a discipline problem — that's just what a low self-image does.

Your body has learned what's safe and normal. If growth doesn't feel safe, your nervous system will quietly pull you away from it — no matter how badly you want it.

You spend most of the day somewhere else in your head. The version of yourself you want to be only exists right now — not in the future you keep planning toward.

When your level of awareness goes up, what you accept goes down. It changes what you notice about yourself, what you let slide, and what stops making sense to you.

I make short-form content on identity, consciousness, self-image, and the patterns that most people don't realize are running their lives. I got into this because I went deep into it personally — not because I figured everything out, but because I couldn't stop thinking about it.
