1. Who This Applies To

This privacy policy applies to all visitors of this website, regardless of where you are located. It describes what data is collected, how it is handled, and your rights as a visitor.

2. Email List & Free Resource

This site includes a voluntary email signup form. When you submit your email address, it is collected and stored by the email service provider used to manage this site's mailing list (currently being set up — this policy will be updated with the specific provider when live).

By submitting your email address, you agree to:

• Receive the Free Resource immediately upon signup
• Receive occasional emails from Jason Abouassi on identity, consciousness, mindset, self-image, subconscious patterns, and inner transformation

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email you receive. Your email address will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

The email service provider used to send and manage this list processes email addresses in accordance with their own privacy policy. A link to that policy will be added here when the provider is finalized.

Beyond your email address, the email service provider may collect additional data related to how you interact with emails — including device type, email client, open and click activity, and general location. This is standard email analytics data governed by the provider's own privacy policy.

As required by the CAN-SPAM Act, all marketing emails sent from this list will include a physical mailing address. This will appear in all outgoing emails once the platform is live.

4. Analytics — Cloudflare Web Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand site performance. This tool uses no cookies, sets no persistent identifiers, and cannot identify you as an individual. All data is aggregate only:

• Number of page views and unique visits
• Which pages were viewed
• General country-level location (not precise)
• Browser type and device category
• Referring source

None of this data can be tied back to you personally. This tool is fully GDPR-compliant and requires no cookie consent banner. You can review Cloudflare's privacy practices at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

5. Email Contact

If you contact me directly via the email address listed on this site, your message will be received through standard email. I will only use your email to respond to your message. I will not add you to the mailing list without your separate consent through the signup form.

6. Hosting Infrastructure

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. As part of normal web hosting operations, Cloudflare may process network-level data such as IP addresses for security, DDoS protection, and performance optimization. This is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy. I do not have access to individual visitor data through their hosting services.

7. Google Fonts

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). When your browser requests these fonts, Google may log your IP address as part of that request. This is standard behavior for externally hosted fonts. I do not control this and do not receive any data from it.

8. Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 years of age. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, please contact me at the email below.

9. Your Rights

If you have submitted your email address and want it removed from the mailing list, you can either:

• Click the unsubscribe link in any email you receive from this list
• Email me directly at jasonawork@outlook.com with a removal request

I will honor your request promptly. Because no other personal data is stored by this site, there is nothing else to access, correct, or delete.

10. Data Retention

Email addresses collected through this site are retained for as long as your subscription is active. When you unsubscribe, your email address is removed from the active list according to the email provider's standard process. If you want your data fully deleted from all systems, email jasonawork@outlook.com with a deletion request and I will action it promptly.

11. European Visitors — GDPR

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Right of access: You may request a copy of the personal data held about you

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or any other region with data protection laws governing international transfers, please be aware that your email address will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where this site's email service provider operates. This site does not otherwise transfer personal data across borders. Cloudflare Web Analytics data is aggregate and non-personal and does not constitute a personal data transfer under GDPR or similar laws.
